You may use the Tokyo Tennis Club website (“Site”) for lawful personal purposes, including learning about TTC, viewing Events, and accessing available registration or booking information. You must not use the Site to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use automated means in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on the Site or bypasses access controls.

TTC aims to keep Site information accurate and current, but Event availability, prices, schedules, venues, and other details may change. The specific Event or booking page is the authoritative source for the conditions applicable to a particular service.

TTC may suspend, modify, or discontinue all or part of the Site for maintenance, security, technical reasons, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. TTC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Participants must satisfy the level, age, registration, and other eligibility requirements stated for the relevant Event.

Unless an Event states otherwise, TTC Events are intended for intermediate or advanced tennis players who understand basic tennis rules and etiquette and can participate safely.

A registration is confirmed only when the Event page’s required confirmation steps have been completed. TTC may decline or cancel a registration where eligibility, capacity, payment, or safety requirements are not satisfied.

Fees are shown on the relevant Event or booking page. Unless otherwise stated, participation fees are paid online in advance and cash payment at the venue is not accepted.

Participants are responsible for completing payment by the stated deadline. A registration that has not been paid or otherwise confirmed may be released to another participant.

The cancellation and refund policy shown on the relevant Event page applies to that Event.

If TTC cancels an Event because of rain, court closure, safety conditions, or another stated reason, TTC will process the refund specified in the Event notice. Refund timing may depend on the payment provider.

Participants should review the applicable cancellation deadline before registering. Except where required by applicable law, cancellation rights are governed by the Event-specific policy.

Participants must follow tennis rules, facility rules, reasonable instructions from TTC organizers, and standards of sportsmanship and respectful conduct.

Participants must use appropriate tennis shoes and equipment and must not participate when they reasonably believe they cannot do so safely.

TTC may ask a participant to stop playing or leave an Event when reasonably necessary to protect safety, facility rules, or other participants. Serious or repeated misconduct may result in refusal of future participation.

Tennis involves inherent physical risks. Participants are responsible for deciding whether they are able to participate safely and should seek appropriate professional advice when necessary.

Participants must promptly inform the organizer of an emergency, injury, or safety issue occurring during an Event.

TTC will take reasonable care in operating Events and providing information, but cannot guarantee that every Event, court, or service will be available exactly as planned.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

To the extent permitted by law, TTC is not liable for loss caused solely by circumstances outside TTC’s reasonable control, including severe weather, facility closure, or third-party service failure.
