The legal name, business address, and telephone number of the service provider will be provided without delay in response to a request made before or in connection with an application for a paid service, using the contact method provided on the relevant Event or booking page.

This disclosure method is intended to provide the information required under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions while limiting unnecessary publication of personal contact information.

TTC provides tennis Events and related services, including singles, doubles, team Events, tennis camps, private sessions, equipment rental, and other services described on the relevant Event or booking page.

The applicable price, including consumption tax where applicable, is displayed on the relevant Event or booking page before application. Additional court, lighting, equipment, rental, processing, or other charges will be stated where applicable.

Payment is generally made online through the payment method displayed at checkout. Unless an Event page states otherwise, participation fees are prepaid and cash payment at the venue is not accepted.

The payment timing is shown at checkout. A place is not treated as confirmed until the required payment or other confirmation step has been completed.

Event services are provided at the date, time, and venue stated on the relevant Event page. Court and meeting details may be updated in the Event communication before the Event.

Private sessions and other individually arranged services are provided on the date and under the conditions agreed with the customer.

Cancellation, refund, and transfer conditions are stated on the relevant Event or booking page and form part of the applicable agreement.

If TTC cancels an Event because of rain, court closure, safety conditions, or another reason stated in the Event notice, TTC will provide the refund specified in that notice. For ordinary participant cancellations, any applicable deadline, refund amount, and processing conditions are stated on the relevant Event page.

Except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated by TTC, paid Event registrations are not subject to a general cooling-off right merely because the application was made online.

Where an Event has a registration deadline, payment deadline, capacity limit, or other application period, the applicable condition is displayed on the Event page.

Unless otherwise stated, registration alone does not guarantee participation where payment or another confirmation step is required. Places may be allocated on a first-paid basis.

The General Terms & Conditions of Service and the specific Event or booking page also apply to paid services. If there is a conflict, a mandatory provision of law takes precedence, followed by the specific terms expressly stated for the relevant service.
